This rotary rack oven is especially designed for large bakeries. It can make 1680 loaves of bread or 5040 buns in an hour in optimum working conditions. It is extremely safe to operate with an analog or a touch screen PLC panel. You can save energy with its unique airflow design and thermal efficiency. This oven is made of stainless steel and comes in Electrical / Gas / Diesel / CNG / PNG / LDO options.

 
 
 
 

Ovens with a Smart Controller

It comes with a Touchscreen panel where you can store your recipes. We have made our ovens intelligent by enabling WiFi/ 4G/ 5G for diagnosing and troubleshooting basic error codes remotely saving you time and production downtime. It's a genius piece of machine that can even forecast when to order spares well in advance to avoid breakdowns.
