Ingredients | Quantity |
Maida | 200 grams |
Icing sugar | 100 grams |
Marvo fat | 120 grams |
Cardamom flavour | few drops |
Soda | 1/4 tea spoon |
Milk powder | 1 tea spoon |
Custard powder | 1 tea spoon |
Method:
1. Mix cream fat and sugar with soda till light and fluffy.
2. Add sieved maida and flavour and make a smooth and soft dough using our Planetary mixer.
3. Make small round balls from the dough and arrange on baking tray one inch apart using our Cookie dropper.
4. Bake at 160c for about 20 minutes using our Rotary Rack Oven.
