Banana flavour | few drops |
Cashewnuts | 50 grams |
Method:
1. Cream fat and sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Seive maida with baking powder
3. Beat the egg with flavour and add to the mixture.
4. Add banana fruit slices and cashew nut with maida, mix well using the Planetary Mixer.
5. Pour the mixture into the tray or cup.
6. Bake at 160c for about 25-30 minutes using our Rotary Rack Oven
