Let's make some delicious coconut castles by following the steps below:

Maida150 grams
Margarine fat120 grams
Sugar120 grams

Coconut powder40 grams
SaltA pinch
Baking powder1/2 tea spoon
Vanilla Flavourfew drops
MilkTo mix
Jam200 grams
Coconut powder250 grams
cherries sugar10 no

Method:

1. Sieve Maida, baking powder and salt twice.

2. Cream Margraine till light and fluffy with coconut powder with using Planetary mixer.

3. Whip eggs with flavor.

4. Add beaten egg to the cream mixture gradually.

5. Add flour and mix well with finger tips.

6.  Add milk and bring mixture to the dropping consistency.

7. Fill the better in cup cake molds to 3/4th and bake at 160c for 15-20 minutes using Rotary Rack oven

8. Allow the cake to cool.

9. After cooling dip in warm jam and sugar syrup and then roll in coconut powder.

10. Keep cherry on the top for decoration.

Enjoy and serve these delicious hot biscuits.
