Vanilla Essence | Few drops |
Part II | |
Maida | 200 grams |
Baking powder | 1/2 tea spoon |
Water | 100 ml |
Pineapple essence | 1/4 tea spoon |
Method:
Part 1
1. Cream all the ingredients on the 1st part till light and fluffy.
2. Add egg portions 3-4 times and continue mixing using the Planetary mixer
Part 2
1. Add colour and flavor to the water
2. Add water and maida alternatively.
3. Pour the cake batter into the well greased paper lined cake tins.
4. Bake at 160c for 20-25 minutes using Rotary rack oven.
