Yeast | 20 grams |
Sugar | 50 grams |
Salt | 20 grams |
Green masala | 300 grams |
Oil | for frying |
Green Masala:
Onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies and ginger.
Method:
1. Sieve the flour with milk powder using the Flour sifter.floue
2. Rub half of the fat in to the flour, add sugar, yeast, salt and mix
3. Add eggs, green masala, knead to a smooth dough using the spiral mixer
4. Add the remaining fat into dough and knead well
5. Rest the dough for 30 minutes using the proofing chamber
6. Roll the dough into 1/4 "thickness", cut with doughnut cutter and allow it to raise
7. Once raised, deep fry in oil till golden brown color.
