Maida | 200 grams |
Sugar | 200 grams |
Margarine Fat | 200 grams |
Baking powder | 1/2 tea spoon |
Egg | 4 no |
Salt | A pinch |
Milk | to mix |
Vanilla/Pineapple flavour | Few drops |
Method:
1. Cream fat and sugar till light and fluffy. Add egg little by little and salt too using the Planetary Mixer.
2. Sieve maida with baking powder. finally add maida to the mixture, fold it gently, add milk to dropping consistency.
3. Bake at 180c for about 20-25 minutes using our Rotary Rack Oven.
