Semi Automatic Puff Machine

We understand how time consuming and tiring is the entire process of making puffs, kharis, palmiers etc. We have designed and developed a machine that does the tough job of cutting laminated dough sheets in uniform size every time. Once it is cut, it imparts a design on the sheet. You can fill jam or cream in the puffs based on your recipe. It then automatically folds the laminated sheets and cuts them to the required size. Finally, it is automatically depanned. Size and weight of products can be customized as per the need. In built PLC will store the recipes. You can even make round pizza bases with this machine.
